YOUR CALENDAR
The CurrentTrack® Calendar application makes it easy for you to schedule Events and to keep better track of your personal Tasks. It enables you to not only reserve Resources (e.g. projector, laptop computer, etc.) within your agency, but to also schedule recurring Events and make both your employees and clients aware of what’s happening.
The Calendar icon, located at the top of the screen, provides an up-to-the minute snapshot of Pending Proposals or “Events you’ve proposed and not all invited Guests have yet agreed to attend.” It also includes Upcoming Events — Events, today and 30 days out, that you’ve been invited to and have agreed to attend — and Invitations (i.e. Events you’ve been invited to and have not yet agreed to attend).
