Troubleshooting the QuickBooks Connector

TROUBLESHOOTING THE QUICKBOOKS® CONNECTOR

If the Current Sync Progress tab, within the QuickBooks Connector, displays an error message, please send a Log File to support@currenttrack.com. Double-click on the white space and then click save Log File at the prompt.

Locate and open the Log File on your desktop or hard drive.

Copy and paste the Log File text into an e-mail; send to support@currenttrack.com.
